CreatBot has cooperated with TNT, UPS, FedEx, DHL and EMS who provide us best discounts for door-to-door service. The delivery time is usually 3 to 6 days and online package tracking is available. The orders in high value but small package suit for global express.

Shipping Charge

Before checkout, when you confirm all the items and quantity that you want to buy, our site will generate the interface to require you to fill the destination country, and then will calculate automatically the shipping charge for your reference.

Shipment Suggestion

If the goods weigh up to 100kg and delivery time is specified, Global Express will be suggested; they can provide door-to-door and customs clearance service.

QDo I need to pay more extra charges except for shipping charge and goods cost?

AThe international business will generate the import taxes, customs duties and fees which are levied when the goods arrives in the destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by the consignee; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If shipped by Global Express, they will help you to clear the Customs, and notice you how to pay these additional charges.

QHow long will my order be shipped out after payment confirmed?

AAfter receiving your payment, your goods will generally be shipped out within 4 to 7 working days if there is no any special requirement.

QHow many days will my order arrive?

AExcepting for our lead time (4-7 working days), the Global Express will take around 3-5 days to your hands.

QWhat if any damage during shipping?

AWhen you receive it, suppose you find damage on external packing, instead of signing acceptance, please open it first and check the item inside the packing if there is any damage. If you find damage, you can definitely refuse signing acceptance and then claim loss from the express service company. At the same time, please take photos of the damaged packing and item, and contact us (Either our sales consultant whom you know or send email to support@creatbot.com ). Hence, our people will assist you in handling such dispute.
