Shipping Charge

Shipment FAQs

Q: Do I need to pay more extra charges except for shipping charge and goods cost?

A: The international business will generate the import taxes, customs duties and fees which are levied when the goods arrives in the destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be covered by the consignee; we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. If shipped by Global Express, they will help you to clear the Customs, and notice you how to pay these additional charges.

Q: How long will my order be shipped out after payment confirmed?

A: After receiving your payment, your goods will generally be shipped out within 4 to 7 working days if there is no any special requirement.

Q: How many days will my order arrive?

A: Excepting for our lead time (4-7 working days), the Global Express will take around 3-5 days to your hands.

Q: What if any damage during shipping?

A: When you receive it, suppose you find damage on external packing, instead of signing acceptance, please open it first and check the item inside the packing if there is any damage. If you find damage, you can definitely refuse signing acceptance and then claim loss from the express service company. At the same time, please take photos of the damaged packing and item, and contact us (Either our sales consultant whom you know or send email to support@creatbot.com ). Hence, our people will assist you in handling such dispute.
